Orders are shipped within 3–8 business days.
Exceptions: Customised or bulk orders may take longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Customers will be informed of estimated shipping timelines in advance.

Standard delivery via Courier/Speed Post.
Urgent Delivery: For time-sensitive orders, Bus Parcel Service or Premium Courier Service may be used. Costs for urgent delivery are borne by the customer.
Urgent Delivery refers to orders requiring delivery before the committed timeline shown on the website. These are subject to case-by-case changes.

Once shipped, customers receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with:
- Shipment details
- Tracking number
- Photo of the product being couriered
Orders can be tracked directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number.
Iniyam is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, Force Majeure, or emergency situations such as pandemics.
Customers will also receive an expected delivery date at the time of order confirmation (via Insta/Call/WhatsApp).

A parcel is considered lost if undelivered after 15 business days in the courier/postal system.
Replacements cannot be dispatched until this period has elapsed.
Iniyam is not liable for courier delays or Force Majeure events.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay all re-delivery costs.
Iniyam is not responsible for lost orders if the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete.

All products are securely packed.
If a package appears tampered with, customers should not accept delivery.
Acceptance of delivery will be deemed confirmation that the product arrived in tamper-proof condition.
