Even with these natural variations, we stand behind the quality of our products and remain committed to customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully before initiating any request.

🎥 1. Opening Video is Mandatory

An unboxing (opening) video is compulsory for all return, exchange, or refund requests.
Without this video, no request will be accepted.
The video must:
- Clearly show the outer packaging.
- Capture the parcel being opened.
- Display the product received.
The video must be unedited and continuous from start to finish.

🔄 2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Customer must inform Iniyam Support within 2 days of delivery via registered email or WhatsApp.
Product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and invoices intact.
Non-returnable items: Sale, clearance, and customized products (unless defective or not as described).

🚫 3. Non-Returnable Situations

Iniyam reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges in cases such as:

More than 3 returns in a financial year by the same customer.
No opening video provided.
Product used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to handmade nature).
Incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided.
Package refused or not accepted by recipient.

💳 4. Refund Policy

If return is approved:
- If pickup service is unavailable for your pin code, you must ship the product back at your own cost.
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless Iniyam shipped a wrong or defective product.
- Refunds are processed only after verification at our warehouse.

🛠️ 5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with the opening video and photos.
Iniyam will provide either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund (excluding shipping, if applicable).

📌 6. Additional Conditions

Refunds will not be processed without prior intimation or without proper video proof.
Once approved, refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
