Cancellation Policy

At Iniyam, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. Please read the following carefully to understand our cancellation terms:

🛑 1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact our Customer Support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

🔄 2. Product Changes

  • If you wish to change your product, you must cancel the existing order and place a new one.
  • This must be done within 2 days of order confirmation.
  • Product changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

🚚 3. Orders Already Dispatched or Delivered

  • Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that have already left our warehouse or reached the customer.
  • In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for guidance on eligible returns.

⚠️ 4. Special Conditions

  • Customized, bulk, or sale items cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are made or reserved specifically for you.
  • Iniyam reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if the order is already in the final stages of packing or shipping.
  • Any cancellation request must be made using the registered email ID or phone number used during purchase.

📌 5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal).
  • Refunds are processed only after verifying that the order has not been dispatched.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
