By accessing our website, placing an order, making a payment, or purchasing any product from Iniyam Gifts, you (“Buyer”, “Customer”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not place an order.
1. About Iniyam Gifts
Iniyam Gifts is engaged in the sale of gifts, return gifts, customized products, personalized products, household products, and related items.
Our products may be sold through our website, WhatsApp, social media platforms, marketplaces, or directly through our sales team.
For standard website orders, the product details, quantity, price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other relevant information displayed at checkout will form part of the order.
For customized, wholesale, bulk, laser engraving, or international orders, separate terms may apply as communicated and confirmed by Iniyam Gifts.
2. Sale and Purchase of Goods
2.1. Iniyam Gifts agrees to sell the products selected by the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to purchase those products, subject to these Terms.
2.2. The product name, description, quantity, price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other details displayed at checkout will constitute the details of the standard website order.
2.3. An order is considered successfully placed only after:
- the required information has been submitted;
- payment has been successfully received, where applicable; and
- the order has been accepted or confirmed by Iniyam Gifts.
2.4. Receipt of an order confirmation or payment acknowledgment does not necessarily guarantee availability of every product. In rare circumstances, an item may become unavailable due to stock discrepancies, supplier issues, damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2.5. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Iniyam Gifts may contact the Buyer and offer:
- an alternative product;
- a revised quantity, where applicable; or
- a full refund for the unavailable product.
3. Product Availability
3.1. Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
3.2. Iniyam Gifts makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information. However, inventory may occasionally differ from the actual physical stock.
3.3. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Iniyam Gifts will inform the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible.
3.4. Iniyam Gifts reserves the right to limit the quantity of products that may be purchased by a customer or for a particular order.
3.5. Iniyam Gifts may cancel an order where:

Where applicable, the amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Payment

5.3. The order will normally be processed only after successful confirmation of payment.
5.4. If a payment is deducted from the Buyer’s bank account but the order is not successfully created due to a technical issue, the Buyer should contact Iniyam Gifts with the transaction details.
5.5. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers. Iniyam Gifts does not store sensitive card information such as full card numbers, CVV numbers, or banking credentials unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.6. The Buyer must not use fraudulent payment methods, unauthorized payment instruments, or payment accounts belonging to another person without authorization.
6. GST and Invoices
6.1. Where applicable, GST will be charged in accordance with prevailing tax laws.
6.2. Customers requiring a GST invoice must provide accurate billing details, including the GSTIN and legal business name, where applicable, at the time of placing the order or before invoice generation.
6.3. Iniyam Gifts may not be able to modify GST invoice details after the invoice has been generated or the applicable tax return period has been processed.
6.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate GST and billing information.
7. Order Confirmation
7.1. After placing an order, the Buyer may receive an order confirmation through email, WhatsApp, SMS, website notification, or another available communication channel.
7.2. Customers should carefully verify:
- product;
- quantity;
- size or variant;
- personalization details, if applicable;
- delivery address;
- mobile number;
- billing information; and
- other order details.
7.3. The Buyer must immediately notify Iniyam Gifts if any information is incorrect.
7.4. Once an order enters processing, changes may not be possible.
8. Order Cancellation
8.1. Standard website orders may be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
8.2. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and may not be possible if:
- the order has already been processed;
- the product has already been packed;
- the product has been customized or personalized;
- the product has been handed over to the courier;
- materials have already been purchased specifically for the order; or
- the order is otherwise non-cancellable under the applicable product terms.
8.3. Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.
8.4. If a cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will normally be processed to the original payment method.
8.5. Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
8.6. Certain payment gateway charges, transaction charges, customization charges, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted where applicable and legally permissible.
9. Customized and Personalized Products
9.1. Customized products include, but are not limited to:
- laser-engraved products;
- name engraving;
- logo engraving;
- personalized gifts;
- printed products;
- products containing customer-provided text;
- products containing photographs;
- products made according to customer specifications; and
- specially prepared products.
9.2. Customized orders require confirmation of the personalization details before production.
9.3. The Buyer is solely responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates, numbers, designs, photographs, logos, and other information provided for customization.
9.4. Iniyam Gifts is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied or approved by the Buyer.
9.5. Once customization or production has started, the order generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
9.6. Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange merely because the Buyer has changed their mind, subject to applicable consumer laws.
9.7. Minor differences in engraving position, depth, shade, alignment, texture, or appearance may occur due to the nature of the material and the engraving process.
9.8. Such minor variations, where the product remains reasonably consistent with the approved design, will not ordinarily be considered a manufacturing defect.
10. Customer-Provided Content
10.1. Where the Buyer provides names, photographs, logos, artwork, text, or other material for customization, the Buyer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use such content.
10.2. The Buyer must not provide content that:
- infringes another person’s intellectual property rights;
- violates applicable law;
- contains unlawful or fraudulent material;
- promotes illegal activities; or
- otherwise creates legal liability for Iniyam Gifts.
10.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content supplied for customization.
10.4. Iniyam Gifts reserves the right to refuse customization requests that may violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or our internal policies.
11. Product Images and Descriptions
11.1. Iniyam Gifts makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, colours, photographs, dimensions, and other information.
11.2. Product photographs are provided for representation purposes.
11.3. Actual products may differ slightly from photographs due to:
- screen and monitor settings;
- lighting conditions;
- photography conditions;
- manufacturing batches;
- material characteristics;
- natural variations; or
- minor manufacturing differences.
11.4. Such reasonable variations will not automatically be considered defects.
11.5. Where dimensions are provided, minor manufacturing tolerances may apply.
12. Returns and Exchanges
12.1. Returns and exchanges are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy published by Iniyam Gifts.
12.2. Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.
12.3. Returns or replacements may be considered where a product is:

12.4. The Buyer may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging images, unboxing videos, or other information to assist with verification.

12.6. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
13. Damaged Products
13.1. Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery.
13.2. If a package appears visibly damaged, the Buyer should, where reasonably possible:
- photograph the package before opening;
- record the condition of the outer packaging;
- record the unboxing process; and
- contact Iniyam Gifts promptly.
13.3. For products damaged during transportation, Iniyam Gifts may coordinate with the courier service and may request supporting evidence.
13.4. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect our ability to process a damage claim.
14. Shipping and Delivery
14.1. Iniyam Gifts delivers products to serviceable locations within India through available courier and logistics partners.
14.2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

- courier availability;

15. Shipping Charges
15.1. Free shipping is currently available on eligible orders above ₹9,999 within India, subject to applicable terms.
15.2. Orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold may attract shipping charges.
15.3. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the Buyer before confirmation.
15.4. Free shipping offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
16. Delivery Address
16.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
16.2. The Buyer should ensure that the following information is correct:
- recipient name;
- house/building number;
- street/locality;
- city;
- district;
- state;
- PIN code;
- mobile number; and
- any relevant delivery instructions.
16.3. Iniyam Gifts will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer.
16.4. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or other reasons attributable to the Buyer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
17. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Shipments
17.1. Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts according to their operational policies.
17.2. If the recipient is unavailable, refuses the shipment, provides an incorrect address, or fails to cooperate with the courier, the package may be returned to Iniyam Gifts.
17.3. Re-shipping a returned package may require payment of applicable additional shipping charges.
17.4. If the Buyer does not request re-shipment within a reasonable period, Iniyam Gifts may treat the order as abandoned, subject to applicable law.
18. International Orders

20. Laser Engraving Orders
20.1. Laser engraving orders must be arranged directly with Iniyam Gifts and are not processed through standard website checkout unless expressly enabled.
20.2. Customers must provide accurate engraving details, including names, dates, logos, text, fonts, photographs, or other requested specifications.
20.3. Where a design proof is provided, production may commence after customer approval.
20.4. Once the customer approves a design or confirms the engraving details, the customer is responsible for errors contained in the approved information.
20.5. Laser engraving may produce minor variations due to:
- material composition;
- surface texture;
- colour;
- coating;
- curvature;
- engraving depth;
- positioning; and
- manufacturing tolerances.
20.6. Such reasonable variations are inherent to the engraving process and do not automatically constitute defects.
21. Order Processing Time
21.1. Orders may require processing time before dispatch.
21.2. Standard products may generally be processed faster than customized, personalized, bulk, or wholesale orders.
21.3. Processing times communicated by Iniyam Gifts are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
21.4. During festivals, wedding seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes, processing times may be longer.
22. Force Majeure
22.1. Iniyam Gifts will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
